All-on-4s harness advanced titanium implant technology to rebuild your smile. We’ll position titanium implants along your jawline: two upright at the front and two placed at an angle further back. Each implant is placed directly into the jaw, acting like a natural tooth root.

Placing All-on-4 Implants

Your Initial Consultation

Before placing implants, we need to check if you’re a suitable candidate. After losing teeth, your jaw may deteriorate. We’ll examine your jaw to ensure it’s strong enough to support implants. If you have lost bone mass, we may recommend a regenerative bone graft procedure first.

During your consultation, we’ll discuss your general health and the procedure and answer any questions.

Your Implant Placement

After planning your procedure, we’ll invite you in to place your implants. Before we begin, we’ll give you an anaesthetic to alleviate any pain or discomfort.

At this appointment, we’ll place all of the implants. The bone can take a few months to fuse around the titanium, and we’ll check on the healing process.

Once the implants are in position, we’ll place temporary teeth. These short-term solutions look and feel great, but you’ll be amazed at the bespoke replacement smile our lab creates for you.

We’ll invite you back to place your final restorations. Each new smile we create is customised to fit your aesthetic naturally. Every aspect is considered and refined so all your teeth look perfect in colour, shape, size, and texture.
